Dawn & Phil e-session
Dawn and Phil are getting married this September and I had the chance to meet up with them for an engagement session last weekend. What a great way to get to know them before the wedding! These 2 were worried that they were camera shy, but they did an amazing job just be being themselves!!!
Jade & Cait
These two gorgeous sisters contacted me looking for some portraits of themselves to give their mother as a gift. They asked if I could suggest some locations, but not the typical “nature” locations that everyone else usually asks for. Hmmmmm….. being used to families and couples who love to be photographed in the most natural spots possible this was a challenge, but one I was excited about! So, my assistant Dave and I wandered around with these ladies finding all the color and fun we could possibly find! It was a blast! From laughter and ice cream to dancing and even a little hug, it was impossible NOT to have a fun session!!! They even tolerated my craziest ideas with an amazing sense of humor! I think your mom is gonna just love these!!!

Baby Girl
I was invited to the home of this gorgeous baby girl to do some newborn shots and what a little sweetie!!! She is absolutely adorable and the family is stunning! Can’t really say much more than that! Gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS family!!! Congrats on your precious new little bundle!
Melodie & Chris sunset engagement session
This was such a fun engagement session!!! Melodie and Chris agreed to meet me later in the evening to take advantage of some of the sunset light and the results were beautiful! I had such a tough time choosing photos for this post - both of them were so much fun and totally at ease in front of the camera! We ended up staying until dark we were all just having so much fun! Thanks guys for such a great time that night, and I can’t wait for this wedding!
Family photo time!
Finally!!! A photo session where I was able to incorporate grass!!! This family picked a perfect day for a lovely morning photo shoot, and we managed to wrap up just as he rain began to threaten! Wonderful fun session you guys, and I now can’t stop thinking about the “Juicy Fruit Smile!!!” I think I’ll always look at a particular smile and think about that term of yours! Thanks for the giggles!

New beginnings and old friends…
Baby Chera came into the world 6 weeks ago to parents that couldn’t be happier! This was a beautiful photoshoot in very conflicting ways - a new life and a new beginning with a beautiful babe and her parents, but they also asked me to photograph their old friend Greta who likely won’t be with the family much longer. I hope I managed to capture some memories for you, new and old!
Grad 2009!
Last weekend I had the chance to photograph some of Bert Church High School’s 2009 grads! This great group totally reminded me of just how fun high school grads are! Congrats you guys and thanks for letting me document this milestone for you!
Markus turns one!!!
Where has a whole year gone??? I photographed his mom’s very pregnant belly and it feels like that was just yesterday! This handsome little man is no stranger to the camera - this is the 3rd photo session I’ve had with him already - definitely an upcoming model! Those beautiful big eyes and sweet cheeks help too! Happy 1st birthday Markus!
