The Springmans
This family is always such a treat to photograph… this is the third year in a row I’ve done their annual family portraits and the gorgeous little girls melt me every time with their stunning looks and infectious smiles!!! Oh, and mom and dad are awesome too!!! This time though they challenged me as they wanted me to work inside their home… something I typically shy away from. But, they were wonderfully accommodating as I completely rearranged the living room multiple times and it left us with a look very unique from previous years. Thanks guys!!! You’re so wonderful!

The Wedding of Kim and Steve
I knew I was behind on blogging… and everything else, but thanks Kim for the reminder on this one!!! This wedding was actually held 2 weeks ago during that cold snap and was unique to me in so many ways! This is the first time I had not met the groom until after the ceremony! We had about 30 minutes to take photos… AND we had to stay inside the hotel as it was just too cold outside! After about 5 minutes of watching the poor bride shiver, we took it all back inside! So, lots of factors against the photographers, but, Kim and Steve were so perfect!!! Laid back, good looking, and happy to just get whatever we could manage… so their lovely spirits warmed these shots up for sure! Thanks guys for including me in your wedding and for being so incredibly easy to work with… best wishes to you both in the years to come!

A perfect morning! And a gorgeous family!
This family is SO photogenic, don’t you think? This was such a perfect way to begin my weekend… a crisp and fresh Saturday morning at the park with a fun and gorgeous family! The little girls look just like mom… absolutely beautiful! Mike - I think you’ll have your hands full with these girls over the years! You have a stunning family!

Owen’s Baby Shower… finally!
My little baby nephew Owen was born a month premature and by coincidence, he was actually born on the very day we had scheduled a baby shower in his honor! Needless to say, that shower was quickly dismantled and forgotten amongst the rush of the little guy’s first few scary days. But, we managed to pull it off in the end, and hopefully it was everything that the proud new parents wanted! Now, I must admit to failing in my job as a photographer at this event. I took the camera out as soon as I arrived to get some shots of the beautiful details then put the camera down and enjoyed the rest of the shower. It was only as I was leaving the shower that I realized I had not taken a single photo of the people there or the star of the show himself!!! Yikes!!! So, I hurriedly snapped a couple of Owen’s perfect little face, but this post will mainly be showcasing the details and hard work by Kristin and Christina!
